How do I reserve my event date?
Submit the booking form with your event details. Within one business day, we will contact you by email or phone with availability, a full price breakdown and the exact 30% deposit amount. Once you approve the personalized quote, the deposit is required to reserve your date.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining 70% balance is due on the day of your event.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Your deposit is applied toward your final event total. It becomes non-refundable within 48 hours of the event.
Why are balloon package prices listed as “starting from”?
Every celebration is customized. Your final price depends on the size of the installation, balloon colours and finishes, venue, delivery, setup and any personalized additions. You will receive a final quote before paying your deposit.
Can I combine balloons, custom shirts and party favours?
Yes. You can request multiple services so your décor, apparel, snack bags, labels, invitations and other party details share one coordinated theme.
How early should I place my order?
We recommend sending your request as early as possible, especially for larger installations or multiple personalized products. Availability and production time depend on your event date and order details.
Do you serve events outside Montreal?
Alina’s Party Studio is based in Montreal. Include your venue or city in the request form, and we will confirm availability and any delivery or setup details with your quote.
